What happens next

We review what you send, follow up to fill in the gaps, and assess the water before recommending anything. No pricing is quoted before we understand the property.

Send us your details

All fields marked with * are required.

We only use these details to respond to your request.

Service area

Where we work

Liquid Tec is based in Sarasota, Florida and works across the surrounding Southwest Florida communities.

Most of our work sits between Bradenton and Venice, including Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Osprey, Nokomis, Palmer Ranch, and the barrier-island communities in between. We also take projects further out along the coast when the scope justifies the trip — luxury automotive environments, car condos, and commercial facilities in particular.

If you are unsure whether your address is covered, send it over. We will tell you plainly whether we can service it rather than quoting work we cannot properly support.

What to expect

How the first conversation goes

Nothing is quoted before we understand the property and the water.
  1. 01

    We read what you sent

Property type, water source, and what you are noticing at the tap or in the equipment.

  2. 02

    We follow up with questions

Usually by phone or email, to fill in the details a form cannot capture — plumbing layout, space, and how the water is actually used.

  3. 03

    We assess before recommending

Testing and inspection come first. The recommendation follows the water, not a catalogue.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Do I need to know my water numbers first?

No. Bring whatever you have — a utility report, a prior test, or nothing at all. Source testing is part of the assessment.

City water or well water — does it matter?

Yes, considerably. Municipal supply and private wells behave differently and lead to different system designs, which is why we ask on the form.

Is this only for new construction?

No. Most of our work is retrofitting existing homes, garages, and facilities. New builds are simply easier to plan around.
