Privacy Policy
Effective August 2026
This policy explains how Liquid Tec ("Liquid Tec," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website. It applies to this site only, not to third-party sites we link to.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us. When you submit a consultation request, quote request, support request, system registration, or the system finder, we receive the name, email address, phone number, city, property details, and message you enter, along with the form you used and the page you submitted from.
We also record cookie-less usage measurements: the page path visited, the referring site, and a hashed identifier derived from your network address and browser that rotates every day. This identifier cannot be reversed to your address and is not shared with any third party or used to follow you across other websites. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through a form is used to respond to your request, schedule and perform a water consultation, prepare a proposal, service or register equipment, and keep a record of the work. Usage measurements are used only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Contact consent
Submitting a form with the consent checkbox ticked confirms that we may contact you about your request by phone, text message, or email. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us at info@liquidtecsolutions.com.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who make this site and our operations work — our website and database hosting provider, and our email delivery provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Lead and customer records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to support warranty, service, and installation history, and thereafter as required for our business and legal records. Aggregate usage measurements are retained in de-identified form.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Access to lead and customer records is limited to authorized Liquid Tec personnel through an authenticated administrative area. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Florida residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights. Send any request to info@liquidtecsolutions.com or call 941-877-5460, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging water technology for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
