Register a System

Registration puts your system details on file so future filter, service, and warranty requests move faster.

What to have ready

  • System model and serial number, usually on a label on the unit
  • Approximate installation date
  • Installation address
  • Who performed the installation, if it was not Liquid Tec

Why it is worth doing

A registered system means that when you call about a filter, a warranty question, or a service visit, we already know what you have and roughly when it went in. That saves time on both ends, especially if the household changes, the system is serviced by someone other than the original installer, or the property changes hands.

Register your system

We only use these details to respond to your request.

What happens after you register

  1. 01

    We confirm the details

We match your system to the correct configuration and note the installation date on file.

  2. 02

    It's added to your record

Your system, install details, and any prior service become easy to reference later.

  3. 03

    Future requests move faster

Filter, warranty, and service requests reference the record instead of starting from scratch.

Common questions

Registration questions

I cannot find the serial number.

It is usually on a printed or stamped label on the body of the unit, often near the inlet or on the control head. Send clear photos of the unit and the label and we will identify it.

Someone else installed my system.

Register it anyway. Note who performed the installation and roughly when, so the record reflects the actual history of the equipment.

I just bought a home with a system in it.

Register it under your details. Even without the original paperwork, having the model, location, and approximate age on file makes service far quicker.

Does registering commit me to anything?

No. It is a record, not a service contract. It exists so that when you do call, we are not starting from a blank page.
