Filter Replacements

Filters are the maintenance item that keeps a system performing. We would rather confirm the right cartridge than let you guess.

How replacement works

  1. 01

    Identify the system

Use the model or serial label on the unit, your paperwork, or send us a photo.

  2. 02

    Confirm the cartridge

We match the exact cartridge to your configuration rather than a generic equivalent.

  3. 03

    Schedule or ship

Choose a service visit or have filters sent for a straightforward swap.

Replacement intervals depend on water quality and usage as much as time. If your water has changed or usage has increased, the interval usually shortens.

What affects your interval

  • Incoming water quality, including sediment and hardness
  • Household size and daily water usage
  • Whether the system serves the whole property or a single point of use
  • How long the current cartridge has already been in service
  • Any recent change to the water source, such as a well or municipal shift

Common situations

If you are not sure when the filter was last changed, that is fine. Tell us what you are seeing, such as reduced flow or a change in taste, and we will help you figure out whether it is due.

If you inherited a system from a previous owner, send us a photo of the unit and its label. We can usually identify the configuration from that alone, without needing a purchase record.

We will not guess at a compatible cartridge if we are not confident in the match. Using the wrong filter can affect performance, so we confirm first.
