Smart Leak Protection

The system
HydroLink with FlowSense sensors
- FlowSense wireless sensors with 23kt gold contacts and a 10-year lithium manganese battery
- Detects moisture, leaks, and freezing temperatures over proprietary radio frequency
- 520 Hz bedside control center with LED icons, silence, and test buttons
- SMS and email alerts to up to eight emergency contacts
- Self-monitoring app on the Apple App Store and Google Play — no monthly fees
The standard HydroLink package is $995 and includes four FlowSense sensors, one bedside control center, and one comm-link modem. Additional sensors are $195 each, so coverage can follow the property rather than a fixed kit size.
The same network carries wireless smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide alarms at $395 per alarm, using proprietary optical and rate-of-rise detection and the same ten-year battery and app.

| Item | Includes | Investment |
|---|---|---|
| HydroLink package | 4 FlowSense sensors, bedside control center, comm-link modem, app access | $995 |
| Additional FlowSense sensor | Single wireless sensor, 10-year battery | $195 |
| Smoke, heat & CO alarm | Wireless alarm on the HydroLink network, 10-year battery | $395 each |
Monitoring is self-monitored through the app. No monitoring system prevents damage — it shortens the time between an event and your response.
Category overview
What leak protection systems generally do
Continuous monitoring
Flow anomaly detection
Automatic or remote shutoff
Why it matters here
Leak exposure in Florida homes and second homes
- Seasonal and second homes that sit unoccupied for weeks or months at a time
- Slab construction, where a supply-line leak can run undetected under the floor
- Irrigation and pool equipment tied into the same water service
- Older plumbing or fixtures nearing the end of their expected service life
- Properties managed remotely by an owner, property manager, or caretaker

None of this is a claim that a monitoring system prevents damage. It describes why early detection and the option of automatic shutoff are commonly discussed for properties with these characteristics, so you can weigh the value against your own situation.

Collector storage
Car condos and private garages
- Buildings that sit unattended between visits
- Finished floors, lifts, and stored vehicles at ground level
- Utility rooms and water heaters sharing the same slab

Engineered and manufactured in the U.S.A. Self-monitored, with no monthly fees.
