What we do claim
Our claims are limited to what testing supports: which contaminants a system is verified to reduce, to what degree, under which conditions, and for how long before service is required. Those figures come from manufacturer testing and third-party certification, not from marketing copy.
- Contaminant reduction stated against the specific standard it was tested to
- Performance tied to a stated flow rate, capacity, and service interval
- Laboratory and certification documentation available on request
- Water chemistry results specific to your property, taken before any recommendation
What we never claim
Liquid Tec does not make medical claims. Our systems are water treatment equipment. They are not medical devices, they do not treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.
- No claims that any system cures, treats, or prevents illness
- No claims of health benefits beyond what water-quality testing supports
- No implication that hydrogen or alkaline water is a medical therapy
- No certification or partner mark displayed without written permission
If you have a specific health concern related to your water, speak with your physician and your county health department alongside any water testing we perform.
How to read a performance claim
A credible reduction claim always names three things: the contaminant, the standard it was tested against, and the conditions the result holds under. A claim missing any of those is not a claim — it is an adjective. Apply that test to our documentation as readily as to anyone else's.
